WNY Fly Fishing Stream Report 11/30/2014

The erie tribs are getting some runoff right now, so they will have color and how much depends on where they are in the snow count.  The L.O. tribs are in very good shape, so get out and froth the water.

WNY Fly Fishing Stream Report 11/19/2014

Well the snow has come in a big way here in WNY, the total so far is over 100" in three days, that is a years worth of snowfall here normally. The flip side is that all of it will be gone in a few days with the rain and 50 temps for the weekend, so we will be under water for the next week and this should bring in a big push of fish to the smaller tribs.

WNY Fly Fishing Stream Report 11/3/2014

The catt was in perfect shape today and should stay that way for the next few days before the weather sets in. The smaller erie tribs still have little to no water in them, the L.O. tribs are in fair to good shape with the salmon going and the browns and steelhead moving in greater numbers.
