WNY Fly Fishing Stream Report 9/26/2015

Jeff and I went to the catt to see if we could get some fresh steelhead, well the gravel mining is really got the water into a chocolate mess below sulpher springs, the water above is crystal clear and did not give us anything at all. i ran into alot of Buffalo Outfitters customers buying their rez lisc in the am today, nice to see everyone again.

WNY Fly Fishing Stream Report 9/5/2015

Jeff, Paul, Tom and myself headed out for some fun in the sun. The weather was perfect for most of the morning, until the oven was turned on around 10 o'clock. The Trico's were coming off in force as well as caddis, mixed in were isonychia's and olives. We caught a ton of smallmouth bass and one brown trout, although we didn't fish for trout that long with this heat wave and low water.
