I went inland fishing since most if not all of the Erie tribs were shot, i found low clear conditions, but a hog of a rainbow that chased down my sculpin pattern.

It's deer season here so please if you go out wear some kind of very visible clothing, so our hunting buddies can tell if you are on the water. The fishing has been spotty at best on the tribs low, clear conditions are present on all streams.

We hit the Catt sat morning looking for some fresh steel, it was very cold and breezy, but the creek was in very good shape. We tried a bunch of things before dale got a pig on chart trout bead, I lost one on a glow roe trout bead, the fishing was very slow.

The Catt is the game right now, swinging and nymphing are the best bets, we have little to no water coming so game on.

I went out Sunday up north to chase some brown trout, and I caught my first Atlantic salmon on the fly!!!! The zombies were in full force and the browns hiding, on a side note the snaggers were out in full force.

The rains have come again and dumped on us, the Catt is out for awhile and the med to Sm Erie tribs will be ready by the weekend as long as we get no more rain.
