WNY Fly Fishing Stream Report 3/28/2018

Paul and I went for  a ride to see the streams and get the hell of the house. Paul had his fishing stuff so he fished while I sat on the bank taking pics from the car. He only fished for about an hour and landed one beauty.

WNY Fly Fishing

Jeff and a buddy went out today and gave me this report, they fished the upper catt to beat up on the stockers. The catching as Jeff put it was crazy easy as it should be with the creeks just stocked Friday, anyway they got between 30 - 40 trout most of them 2yr fish on buggers.

WNY Fly Fishing Report 3/24/2018

Myself and Bill were driving home from my cabin and came across hatchery trucks putting truck put fish in at rt 16 and Belmont and the parking lots were full of guys going right after them, what a shame. The stocking should be done with no notification to the public, the first two weeks of the season should be delayed harvest just like PA, and we should have to buy a trout stamp
