  2. Hi Guys - I'm hoping to take a youngster (9 years old) out this weekend if Thursday's rains aren't too bad. Any thoughts on the best spot for us to hit? Was hoping to find an area where we could bump into a fish or two and do alot of teaching without being in people's way...Worried 18 mile and the Catt might be too busy, but access is an issue with the little guy, as I'm shying away from some of the more remote holes I usually fish.

Thanks for the thoughts if you have any. Love the posts and read them every week!

  3. Hi Matt
the rains are going to be a problem for the weekend, i would try canadway or chautqua creek both are small and easy access for younger fisherman, or if you wanted to buy a rez lisc. i would fish clear creek another smaller one.
